Send a clear note about an article, broken link, copyright concern or technical issue. This page does not collect passwords or account credentials.
Before you write
Please do not send your Spotify password, payment information, recovery codes, private keys or other sensitive credentials. We cannot recover accounts or provide official Spotify support.
For account recovery, billing, subscriptions or official product support, use Spotify’s own support channels. For a content correction, include the article URL and the exact sentence that needs review.
Useful correction reports include the page address, the section heading and a short explanation of what should be changed. Please remove passwords, payment details and other sensitive information before sending.
For technical questions, include your Android version and the general error message, but do not attach private account screenshots that reveal personal information.
